Automatic cutting, turning and conveying device of rock wool:

• Automatic cutting strip, flip, transportation device of rock wool (can meet the production of raw material rock wool board single block size 2400*1260*80mm-100mm, but also can meet the raw material rock wool board single block size.
• The specific components of 1850*1260*80mm-100mm production are as follows:
• Rock wool raw material board material crawler conveyor frame, about 5 meters long;
• The lifting and transportation device of rock wool raw material board can lift up to 15 pieces of rock wool of 2400 / 1260 / 80.

• Rock wool strip cutting machine, reserve 5 diameter 150mm and 2 diameter 100mm dust suction mouth, strip width according to the customer specified size equipped with the corresponding knife box, according to the production needs to replace the different section width knife box (50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm) can produce different thickness sandwich board.

• Rock wool sliver conveying flat push mechanism; long 2400mm rock wool sliver can also be transported 1850mm's rock wool sliver;

• The rock wool can transport the rock wool sliver with long 2400mm, and the rock wool sliver with 1850mm can also be transported by the 90 degree mechanism of rock wool transportation separation and inversion, and the rock wool sliver with long 1850mm can be transported.

• Rock wool tightening edge milling mechanism;

• After the rock wool strip is tightened here, it will milling the rock wool to meet the demand of the plate shape, so that it can meet the requirements of the plate shape.

• Production speed: when the size of raw material rock wool board is 1850 × 1260 × 80mm and the thickness of composite board is less than 100mm, the highest production speed can reach 6 meters per minute, and the transportation and supply capacity of rock wool can meet the production requirements.
